Hey there! I’m Nicole, the foodie behind Whole Life Eats.
I began this journey in 2017, where I first transitioned to a paleo lifestyle. Before that, my meals mainly consisted of take out and the complete opposite of a paleo lifestyle. Since transitioning to a mainly paleo lifestyle, I’ve also completed x3 rounds of Whole30, which has further helped my relationship with food.
In 2019, I was diagnosed with PCOS and have found that food can play a vital role in helping to decrease symptoms. I had noticed when I first cut dairy out, my hormonal acne had nearly instantly cleared up.
When I’m not spending my spare time cooking or working out, you can find me at my day job in the entertainment industry. Originally from Melbourne, Australia, I moved to Los Angeles in 2011 to attend film school. Since then, I’ve been working in film marketing at a trailer agency as an Associate Producer. With my fast paced day to day life, I’ve somehow found balance with still eating well and keeping myself active (it’s easier than you think!).
