These lettuce cups are the perfect summer lunch idea, they're easy to make when you're short on time but not short on flavor!
Ingredients
Instructions
- Heat a pan on medium heat with choice of oil (I like avocado oil or coconut oil).
- Add garlic, cook till fragrant.
- Add ground pork and mushrooms, cook till browned. About 4-5 mins.
- Add coconut aminos, fish sauce and honey. Toss to mix.
- Season with salt, pepper and red chili flakes. Remove from heat.
- Serve in lettuce cups. My favorite is living lettuce.
