These lettuce cups are the perfect summer lunch idea, they're easy to make when you're short on time but not short on flavor!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan on medium heat with choice of oil (I like avocado oil or coconut oil).
  2. Add garlic, cook till fragrant.
  3. Add ground pork and mushrooms, cook till browned. About 4-5 mins.
  4. Add coconut aminos, fish sauce and honey. Toss to mix.
  5. Season with salt, pepper and red chili flakes. Remove from heat.
  6. Serve in lettuce cups. My favorite is living lettuce.
