Burrito Bowl (whole30/paleo)
INGREDIENTS
1 lb ground beef
x2 peppers (green and red), thinly sliced
x1 medium onion, thinly sliced
x4 cups cauliflower rice
Compliant guac
SEASONING:
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp garlic
1 tsp salt
Dash of cayenne
1 tsp chili
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp smoked paprika
DIRECTIONS
Combine all seasonings and set aside.
In a pan on medium/high heat with avocado oil, saute the onions and peppers till browned. Set aside.
Add the ground beef and seasonings, cook till browned. Set aside.
On medium heat, cook the cauliflower rice till softened. About 5-6 mins.
Serve with guac on top and hot sauce!
