Gochujang Ground Beef Bowls (gluten free/soy free)
INGREDIENTS
1lb ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbs gochujang, I like to use @coconutsecretofficial as it’s soy free
salt/white pepper, to taste
RECIPE
1. Heat up a pan with avocado oil on medium heat, sauté garlic and onions till browned and softened.
2. Add in ground beef, break it up and let it brown. I don’t like to move around my meat too much till it browns.
3. Once browned, stir in gochujang and salt/pepper. Reduce to a simmer and let it cook for another 5-8 minutes to let the flavors combine together.
4. Serve with cauliflower rice, top with green onion, sesame seeds & cilantro!
