- Sauté shallot and garlic on a medium to low heat till fragrant.
- Add tomato paste, cook till it’s a deep red.
- Add vodka, cook till liquid is evaporated.
- Add coconut cream and red chili pepper. Stir till well combined. Simmer on a low heat.
- Cook your GF pasta in the meantime. Save 1/2 cup pasta water!
- Add ghee to the sauce, combine till glossy.
- Add pasta water and stir.
- 8. Add pasta in and stir till well combined.
- 9. Enjoy! Serve with fresh cracked pepper.
